The Peperomia 'Ripple' is a slow-growing semi-succulent, meaning it stores water in the stems of its deeply furrowed heart-shaped leaves. Ripples are more light-sensitive than other Peperomias and should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as it can hurt their beautiful foliage.

Care Level: 2 - Easygoing, a good match if you're still a newbie.

Likes: Well-draining soil, infrequent waterings, west or east facing windows.

Dislikes: Wet soil, overwatering, too much direct sunlight, too little light (i.e. north-facing windows).

Watering Frequency: Every 7-10 days, less in winter.
