This slow-growing Peperomia that looks kind of like a Bon Jovi haircut is a fun, low-maintenance addition to any desktop or tabletop in a room that gets a lot of sun. It makes a great congratulatory gift for that friend who finally scored an office with a window, and it stays small enough to make a great addition to small spaces, like city apartments or dorms.

Like all Peperomias, Green Beans are semi-succulents, meaning they store water in their spiky leaves and can tolerate long periods between waterings.

Care Level: 1 - Independent, doesn't need a lot of attention.

Likes: Well-draining soil, medium to bright indirect light.

Dislikes: Overwatering, low light conditions. 

Watering Frequency: Every 7-10 days, less in winter.
