We recommend adding our Winter Plant Shipping Protection when ordering this during the winter months (November - April) if the order is shipping to an area that gets below 50 degrees. Add it here.
The ponytail palm is a deceptively easy starter plant, mostly due to the fact that it’s not a palm tree at all, but a low-maintenance succulent. Make sure it’s got well-draining soil and pop it in a pot with a drainage hole somewhere with medium to bright indirect light. With enough light and a lot of patience, your parlor palm can grow up to 6 feet tall!
Care Level: 1 - Independent, doesn't need a lot of attention.
Likes: Bright light, sandy cactus/succulent soil.
Dislikes: Overwatering, wet soil, low light.
Watering Frequency: Every 10-14 days, less in winter.
Not eligible for return. *Does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.*
